Raised in Asbury Park, New Jersey, and writing songs before she could drive, Honey Bxby turned a home studio built by her producer father into a career that broke wide open with "Touchin'." Since then she's built a catalog that moves easily between rap, R&B and pop without losing its edge.
Raised between Brownsville and Crown Heights, Hiii Siddity came up on Bad Boy-era Biggie and never let go of the borough's history — she says as much herself: everyone should know where they're from. She cut her teeth as one half of the Brooklyn duo Girll Codee, whose 2022 breakout single went viral off the strength of pure, lyrical New York rap. Now she steps out on her own with Rebirth behind her.
Every Rebirth record passes through Mil Yea before it leaves the building. He builds the foundation underneath the roster's biggest records — from first sketch to final master — and keeps the label's sound cohesive without ever making two records sound the same.
Started as a DJ working New York and New Jersey before moving behind the boards, studying Dr. Dre's sound design to understand what separated East Coast from West. That study became a career: co-founder of the production team Soul Diggaz, with production and writing credits touching Beyoncé, Destiny's Child, Missy Elliott and Keyshia Cole, and a run as President of 1801 Records. His rule for the next generation of producers he signs is the same one he built Rebirth on — "the beat is 25% of the record; the rest is the marriage with the lyrics and the arrangement."
Runs the operation end of Rebirth with a background built inside Hot 97, working music and live events — which means real relationships with the rooms, radio and partners that turn a good record into a moment. She's the one who takes Karriem's A&R instincts and Mil Yea's masters and gets them in front of the people who matter.
